“Real Women Have Curves”
by Josephina Lopez

"Real Women Have Curves" takes place in a tiny dress factory in East L.A. It is the touchingly funny story of five full-figured Mexican-American women who are rushing to meet nearly impossible production deadlines in order to keep their tiny factory from going under. While they work, they talk about husbands and lovers, children, and their dreams for the future.
