Stewart Fisher Biography

has been involved in both production and performance for over 15 years. He spent a season as Associate Director for the Evergreen Theatre Company in Seattle, assisting in the production of Man of La Mancha, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Company, and co-directing Is There Life After High School. He created Raining Cats and Dogs, a musical in the "Dr. Seussian" vein for Piccoli Children's Theatre. He spent three years as Production Director and "Kid" for FantastiKids, an educational theatre company, with casts in Seattle, Portland, Oregon and LA. Last year Stewart returned to school at Sarah Lawrence College, where he is completing a degree in Humanities. Most recently he directed Past Palpable for NJ Rep. Stewart lives in Brooklyn with his most amazing wife and NJ Rep company member, Dana Benningfield.
