Leslie, a native of Brooklyn (when the Dodgers still played there) has appeared in theaters from New Hampshire to Virginia. Some of her favorite roles have been Miss Daisy in Driving Miss Daisy, Queen Eleanor in The Lion in Winter, Amanda in The Glass Menagerie, and Charlotte in Beyond Therapy. Leslie also enjoys her children’s theater roles immensely, having appeared in one season as a green witch, an orange pirate, and a purple octopus. A colorful career indeed!
