Glory Crampton Biography

created the role of Amanda in Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde at the Kansas City Starlight Theater. At Paper Mill she starred in the title role in the critically acclaimed Gigi with Gavin Macleod, played Claudia Nardi in Nine, Lily in The Secret Garden, and Blanche Ingram in Jane Eyre. Other credits include Christine in the World Premiere and original cast recording of Phantom (Kopit/Yeston), recent soloist to José Carreras at Radio City Music Hall, Luisa in The Fantasticks opposite Robert Goulet (National and NYC), and Lili in the Outer Critics Circle winner Carnival at the York Theatre. Glory also starred as Eliza in Pygmalion at Bristol Riverside Theatre, Amanda in Private Lives at South Jersey Regional, and Constanza in Amadeus at Barter Theatre. Recordings include "Unsung Irving Berlin," "Unsung Musicals II & III," "Peter Pan," and "Shakespeare on Broadway."
