On Broadway, Ms. Gennaro choreographed the critically acclaimed revival of The Most Happy Fella, directed by Gerald Gutierrez, and Once Upon A Mattress, starring Sarah Jessica Parker. Ms. Gennaro’s work has been seen regionally at The Old Globe Theatre, The Goodspeed Opera House, Theatre Virginia, Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera, and St. Louis MUNY Opera. She choreographed the World Premiere of Martin Guerre at Hartford Stage, directed by Mark Lamos, and the revamped revival of the Lorenz Hart/Richard Rodgers musical Babes In Arms at the Guthrie Theatre, directed by Garland Wright. Ms. Gennaro is an adjunct professor at Hofstra University, where she has created a course that traces the history and evolution of American Theatre Dance. She lives in New York City with her husband, director Scott Alan Evans, and their daughter, Fiona Flynn.
