Matthew Steele

Thirteen-year old Matthew is excited to be playing Winthrop with the WCRC. He portrayed Kurt von Trapp in The Sound of Music at the OAT with the Yardley Players in both August 2000 and August 2001. Matthew was last seen at Kelsey flying high over the stage as Michael Darling in Playful Theatre Productions’ Peter Pan. His other Kelsey credits include ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas and Pecos Bill. An 8^th grader at Crockett Middle School in Hamilton, Matthew’s favorite school stage roles include Edmund Pevensie in Narnia and the Captain in The Enchantment of Beauty and the Beast.
