Michael Ricciardone Biography

A native of Brooklyn, Michael is pleased to be appearing at Theatrefest. He recently toured South America where he played the Phantom in Phantom of the Opera. Closer to home, Michael has worked with Richard Burton and Richard Harris in Camelot and Michael Moriarty in My Fair Lady and performed with Debbie Boone in South Pacific and Vic Damone in Guys and Dolls. Michael has served as Assistant Conductor and Pianist for the Miami Opera, the San Francisco Opera and the Metropolitan Opera. Other favorite roles include: Joe in The Most Happy Fella, Carl Magnus in A Little Night Music and Tommy in Brigadoon. Michael has studied at the Mannes College of Music, the Manhattan School of Music and The Julliard School.
