John Benckert Biography

John Benckert

is a recent graduate of Sacred Heart High School. He will be attending Gloucester County College in the fall as a transfer student majoring in theatre. Recently he has performed in the role of Rolf in the Road Company's "Sound of Music". His past roles have included Jesus in GODSPELL, Hortenso/Paul in "Kiss Me Kate", Teddy in "Arsenic and Old Lace" and Artful Dodger in "Oliver". He enjoys studying martial arts in his spare time. John would like to thank everyone who participated in seeing through the production and his mom and dad for all the transportation.
