Chris E. Arena Biography

is most familiar to area theatre-goers as a performer. Having appeared in over 30 musicals, this multi-faceted guy has performed semi-professionally throughout the tri-state area. He has acted, choreographed and created costumes for many POA productions and is making his musical directing debut with Carnival!. Carnival! is the show that introduced Chris to the world of theatre some years ago and it has always been his favorite. He has directed Murder Among Friends (Yardley, Pa), Plaza Suite (Philadelphia, Pa) and an experimental play, Tira Tells Everything... (Union, NJ). He has appeared as an extra in two (very forgettable) movies and holds a BA in Performing Arts from Kean University (formerly Kean College of New Jersey). Employed by the State of New Jersey.
