most recently appeared on Broadway starring in Last Night of Ballyhoo as Boo. Immediately prior to that she appeared as Annie in Neil Simon's Proposals. Other Broadway productions include Bus Stop, Six Degrees of Separation, and A Chorus Line, for which she won Tony and Drama Desk awards for creating the role of Sheila. Off-Broadway credits include Death Defying Acts (Woody Allen's Central Park West), Pterodactyls, The Blessing, and Piano Bar. Off-Off Broadway and regional theatre shows include Inspecting Carol, Jon Robin Baitz's It Changes Every Year, and The Substance of Fire, The Last Girl Singer, A. R. Gurney's The Fourth Wall, The Voice of the Turtle, The Night of the Iguana, The Three Penny Opera, Vanities, and Pal Joey. Among her numerous TV credits are roles on "Murphy Brown" and "Law and Order" and recurring characters on "All My Children," "Another World," "As The World Turns," and "One Life To Live." Kelly has also made several pilots and starred in the series "Something's Gotta Give" and Mike Nichols' "The Thorns." Theatrical films are Private Parts, Miami Rhapsody, Café Society, Me and Him, Queens Logic, Dirty Dancing, An Unmarried Woman, and the recently completed A Guy's Guide to Marrying Money and Wonder Boys. Kelly makes her home in South Orange with her husband, talk show host Lee Leonard.
