has been writing plays since 1980 and has been produced in New York City, regionally and in Europe. Her television writing credits include Comedy Central's RANDOM ACTS OF VARIETY and THE KOVACS MYSTIQUE; A&Es BIOGRAPHY FOR KIDS; PBSs THE REPPIES; VH-1's SEX, LIVES, AND VIDEO CLIPS; Nickelodeon's WIENERVILLE; and ABC's AFTERSCHOOL SPECIALS series. Ms Engles is currently an Artist in Residence in the New Jersey Performing Arts Center's Early Learning Through the Arts Wolf Trap Program. She lives in Montclair, New Jersey with her husband and son.
