Is originally from Erie, PA, where he was featured in many plays and musicals at the Erie Playhouse. Favorite roles there included Tobias in Sweeney Todd…, Alphonse in The Boyfriend, and Hero in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. He came to NJ in 1990 and continued his theatrical pursuits. He played Tony in West Side Story, at the Kelsey Theater, Rapunzel’s Prince in Into the Woods (Avy Award winner) at the Franklin Villagers, and Tito Merelli in Lend Me a Tenor at Plays-in-the-Park, among many other roles (and theaters) throughout the region. He performed professionally beginning in ’95 when he was cast in Bizet’s Carmen, which was performed at Il Festival dei Due Mondi, in Spoleto, Italy. The production was directed by Academy Award-winning Spanish film director, Carlos Saura. He then went on to tour in the US with children’ theater productions, including the Shoestring Players and American Family Theater’s Dinosaur Mountain, and Aladdin.
