Guenia Lemos was last seen performing the role of Matilde in both The Goodman Theatre's (Chicago) and The Woolly Mammoth Theatre's (Washington, D.C.) productions of Sarah Ruhl's The Clean House. Her New York theatre credits include Titania in A Midsummer Night's Dream, Miriam in Lexy, Maria in The Male Creature, Georgie in Spike Heels, Fernanda/Nonna in The Bubble, and Prudencia in The House of Bernarda Alba. Television credits include Law & Order: Criminal Intent (NBC), a contract role in As The World Turns (CBS), and a recurring role in One Life To Live (ABC). Film credits include The Night Listener, The Mercy Man, Father Son Holy Ghost, If It Wasn't For The Money, Pretty, Killers, Re Trato, and Cupid. She has also performed numerous plays on the Brazilian stage, including a one woman show called Waltz #6 by the acclaimed Brazilian playwright Nelson Rodrigues. She's honored to be part of New Jersey Repertory Company.
